These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Lang Dental Equipment Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.langdentalequipment.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

• Equipment and Parts: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the dental equipment and parts available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
  
• Service Scheduling: If you use the Site to book repair or maintenance services, the times selected are requests and are subject to confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments based on technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.
  

5. Purchases and Payment 

We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the Site. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. If no specific Return Policy is posted, please contact us directly at (208) 352-2711 regarding any issues with dental parts or equipment received. Service fees for repairs already performed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
